Approach to automate chat windows:
1. Invoke QTP script to run chat application, and login
2. Record and save chat text to an external file (of last typed message)
3. Map network drive of the remote machine
4. Invoke remote script to verify text displayed inside chat window (by latest date and time, message date and time should be greater than source window text msg).
